Went there for some help was told they would get back to me . All I wanted was a yes or no answer I got nothing. I feel at least they could do was give me the respect of a call.

Sudbay made this a pleasant experience. I had done my homework and settled on the Jeep that I wanted to purchase. This did two things. First, it eliminated the runaround with the salesman to figure out what I wanted versus what he wanted to sell me. Second. it demonstrated my seriousness to buy a vehicle. The salesman picked up on this right away and, before you knew it, I was test driving the exact car that I wanted. Throughout the entire process the salesman listened well. The end result was a very good price offered to me.

I had owned a Subaru Outback for 10 years and fully intended to replace it with another, but after driving the Jeep Compass and experiencing the great service at Sudbay and meeting, Dale Connors,I changed my mind.! No high pressure,just friendly advice and a smooth transition. The Jeep was brought to Salem to my mechanic (Mully's) for inspection, the registration and transfer were all taken care of. All I had to do was pick up my car and enjoy. Our first long trip was to Waterville ME and the car performed very well on the highway. I am more than pleased with the car, the dealership and especially the friendly caring service from Dale. I highly recommend this dealership and salespersonto anyone.

Mr. Kurgun was in a word, professional. He to me; was everything you would want a salesperson to be, both working for and working with during a car buying experience. I certainly feel; that if I call Mr. Kurgun tomorrow or year from now, I will get the same attentive service that was given to me during my purchase.

I have been a long-time customer of Sudbay Motors and have always been treated very well there, so it was natural for me to check them first when it came time to buy another vehicle. Buying a car a Sudbay was very easy. A lot easier than I thought buying a car could be! The staff was very friendly and happy to answer questions. The pricing could have been a little more flexible but other than that it was a good car buying expienience.

Customer service was great. Ataan and Luis made me feel very comfortable and I was not pressured at all into making a decision. It was a very smooth process, I went in on Saturday and drove home in my Jeep Monday. They took care of everything. Thank you guys.

Ataan was personable, organized and extremely knowledgable of the vast aray of autos at Sudbays Motors. He knew our budget and worked quickly to find us a Jeep with the amenities we wanted within our financial parameters. We had visited many dealerships and Ataan and Sudbay were the most professional and the most focused on our needs. Ataan has a 'can do' attitude as well as an honest and straight forward approach . Lewis, the business manager also insured us we would get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We will definitely use Ataan and Sudbay again when we are shopping for another car.

I can't speak too much of the overall dealer experience as a whole because I've only been with them a short time but the guy I worked with, Ataan, was great. Very thorough, very professional, asked a lot of questions about me and my situation and always remembered every detail. Just a courteous, professional salesman and he did everything he could to make the whole experience a pleasurable one.
