Service related issue

I was having a issue with my jeep I had purchased from szott. Tim was not my sales person but went above and beyond to help me with everything, he kept in contact with me with my issues, checked up on everything and made sure I had a rental to drive. He was by far the most honest and helpful person I have ever come in contact with. When it's time for me or anyone in my family to purchase a new vehicle we will be going straight to Tim. He is the reason I will be going back to szott 100%.

New Leases

After driving Chrysler's and Jeep's for many years, we were thinking of switching over to Ford....our experience with Ben Heiden kept us with with FCA, just leased a Grand Cherokee and Chrysler 200. Ben is fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We'll be back.

Appointment was exactly when I wanted it. They did a great job! Have been using this dealership for many years and have always been satisfied! They are honest and easy to work with. Especially Ralph and Derek.

Leasing a new car

Ben Hieden went the extra mile to make me happy. From his greeting at the door to the signing of the paperwork. I had not gotten a new car since 2001 and I was a little nervous taking this step again. Ben took the time to explain all my options based on what I was looking for and my budget. He walked me through all the paperwork and made me feel comfortable, He has a super personality. Thanks Ben for my new Jeep Cherokee.

Good!

Matt, from Body Shop, worked very diligently, letting me know how my vehicle repairs were progressing. Mitch, from Service Department, saw that my engine light problem got fixed.

Great New Car Lease Experience !!!

I was in the market for a new lease vehicle and decided to shop around to other dealerships to find the best price I could. I called Szott and spoke with Dave Rose who sounded very professional and fair over the phone. I met Dave at the dealer the next day and he was as professional and fair as he came across on the phone. He got me a great deal on a Jeep Patriot and made me feel like he was really concerned for me as a customer and in treating me fair. Would highly recommend Dave for anyone looking to purchase / lease a new vehicle.

GREAT DEALERSHIP ALL AROUND!

Use this dealership for service and for vehicle purchase. I am always pleased with the prompt and courteous service! Highly recommend for either. Service is prompt and courteous as is Ben in sales!

Convenient but it got tedious.

Came in for oil change and to inform them about recall so they could order parts. Turned out there were 2 flash recalls. Would take an hour or so longer. I said ok. Hour or so later they found 2 more. Suffice it to say, I was there for a considerable time. Glad they could get the work done, but, and I realize this is a small thing, there were 4 pump pots of coffee and a machine that brewed individual cups with a choice of 4 types of coffee but no decalf. I'm pretty sure that many of the people buying new cars at the dealership are older grey haired people who are restricted to decalf. Just saying it would be nice.
