If you're looking for a good deal with no pushy sales person who's honest and at the same time looking to take care of your business, ask for Adam Hurst. He's awesome, professional and up front. I really had a positive experience dealing with him. He's knowledgeable and you easily recognize he knows what he's doing. I had been shopping for a car for two months and I was going to buy a 2016 Ford Fusion from Suburban Ford of Waterford. A friend of mine recommended that dealership, however I didn't have a good experience there. Adam was able to beat their price on a 2016 Chrysler 200 and because of the excellent service I received from him, I decided to buy my new car at SZOTT. He was very patient and followed up with me for two months without being pushy and answered all my questions. SZOTT is lucky to have him on their team.

I had to change the terms of my lease agreement multiple times. Ben and the staff just rolled with the punches. And they delivered my new jeep to my front door. Awesome job.

What a great experience. I wanted a Jeep built by AEV with lots of extras. I called a local AEV Jeep dealer and got no help so I called Brian and wow. He knew every detail and help guide me in my selections. He was responsive and provided updates along the way. If you want a Jeep built the way you want it call Brian and relax!

I gave a 5/5 stars because Laura Huard worked so hard to get me my new jeep Cherokee! She was awesome to work with and made me feel so comfortable while waiting. I did not feel pressured into purchasing my new vehicle. In general she just did a wonderful job helping me find the right car for myself!

My experience buying a new Jeep was easy thanks to our saleslady Laura Hurad. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, taking her time explaining everything about the car that I asked. She went above and beyond in making sure that the whole process went smoothly as possible .My husband works long hours and I am very busy as well, it is not easy for us to take time out to research a vehicle. Laura went above and beyond what I ever expected in a salesperson, even came to our home to allow me to sign paperwork on a Saturday during a 15 inch snowfall so I (a nervous driver) would not have to venture out into the storm. She also helped people on her way here who were stuck in the snow. All the while remaining professional and very personable. Szott is blessed to have such a smart, caring person as Laura Hurad in their employ and I highly recommend her services to anyone searching for a new car. The price for the synthetic oil change and tire rotation was better than anyone around. Came in after work without an appointment and I was in and out. New showroom is beautiful.

I have purchased 2 cars from them now. Dave rose and Brian velkey are terrific. Service dept I'd great as well. Always get me right in and my cars are fixed quickly and correctly. Ralph, Derek, Mitch and Mike are great to deal with.

We worked with Brian Velke to order our Jeep and he was very patient and very helpful as we are first time Wrangler owners and had a million questions. He knows Jeeps! The vehicle was built and delivered to our door (up in Traverse City) on time, and we are very pleased.
