I took my vehicle in for a “check engine light “that came

I took my vehicle in for a “check engine light “that came on and I was due for my yearly maintenance. I was going to be out of town the following week but didn’t want to drive the car with the check engine light on. I dropped the car off on Friday with the knowledge that it would not be taken care of until the following week. I dropped the car off and to my surprise everything was taken care of on Friday and went back to the dealership to pick up the car. It was so nice to have it taken care of early. Adam was very helpful and explained the process to me and contracted that my car was all done and ready to go.

ALL good.

ALL good. My service advisor was prepped and waiting for me and made check in easy. Service took 1/2 hour less time than quoted. Waiting area decent. Shannon noticed me waiting and stopped to chat. My G63 was clean and working perfectly after the service.

I purchased-my car just 5 days ago.

I purchased-my car just 5 days ago. Since day one, I have experienced ongoing issues, including a glitchy and slow screen, a malfunctioning mirror switch, and now the check engine light has come on. At NO point should these problems be occurring, especially with a vehicle I just purchased. This situation has been a huge inconvenience and has completely overshadowed what should have been an exciting and positive experience
