Loved Pat. Very helpful and a font of knowledge. Kara always seemed disinterested in us and our quest for an EV. Did not communicate well. Kimberly at the front desk was beyond rude. Can not understand how she is a good first person to encounter at a Cadillac dealership. I have owned many BMW’s and was always treated incredibly well, why is America’s premier luxury brand (Cadillac) not on par? Very sad.

Did not fix two issues it was taken in for. Onstar module will not communicate with mobile app and steering wheel still squeaks.
