The managers and owner did not speak to my family and I

The managers and owner did not speak to my family and I one time over 2 days and about 8+ hours of interaction with my salesman. The business manager (female type)was personable , and transparent. The salesman Evan was straightforward and easy to work with. Overall good experience. Sidenote I don't know if the owner was their but I definitely ran across a few older gentleman who I knew ran the place as any person would with common sense and I received blank stares. Quite strange.

Kept my car for nearly a month to not fix issue and say

Kept my car for nearly a month to not fix issue and say they never even heard the squealing brakes. Second I sat in it at pickup the car was squealing like nails on chalk board and was told that’s how a Cadillac sounds.

Crestview is by far the best Cadillac dealer for service bar none. The service employees are so kind, attentive and go over the top to make your service visit the most street free experience.

Kara is personable, highly knowledgeable and profoundly

Kara is personable, highly knowledgeable and profoundly efficient in expediting the process of buying/leasing. We felt very comfortable with her, experienced no pressure whatsoever to make a final decision and were very pleased overall with the entire experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/lease a new car.

Horrible horrible customer service!

Horrible horrible customer service! Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I called four days in a row to find out if it was ready and did not receive a call back. I had to take the day off to go in to extend my rental car and go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. The person I was dealing with was very smug and said he was busy and couldn’t return my call. I had to pay four days of rental car because he didn’t keep his promise that it would be done days prior to the contract being up. I know I will never use that dealership again for anything!
