Ron, Chris, Brian and Brittney are all super to deal with. I was given a loaner car without hesitation and my vehicle was serviced quickly as promised. Great team!

Kara was very professional. It was the best new car delivery I’ve ever experienced.

On Monday, November 26, 2024, I called the dealership at 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are busy. Called back 45 minutes later. Asked for service and the phone rang and rang and rang. Must be really busy. Called back at approximately 5:00 pm. Again, asked for service. Again phone just rang and rang and rang. Called again at 6:15. Same thing. Finally when the phone rang back to the operator, I left my name and number. No callback. Called again this morning. Same thing, left my name and number. I finally get a return phone call at 5:30 this evening. I've leased cars from this dealership for over 15 years and can't make an appointment to bring the car in when I have the time to bring it in because no one answers the phone over there nor do they return phone calls promptly. I've had problems with this dealership in the past and the customer service just keeps going downhill. It's really to bad this dealership is the only game in town for Cadillac. I think in the future, I'll be going to another make, not another Cadillac.

I am always treated with respect and kindness and my service completed well and efficiently...just a shame I had to drive my beautiful clean car home in a driving rain!

It’s very clean and my car is always washed when the work is finished. I don’t come that often because I don’t drive too many miles in a given year. But they’re always friendly!

Finance manager was very knowledgeable and was able to get me better financing. Also, I purchase extended warranty and tire / wheel warranty, even though your computer system was having issues. They kept saying sorry for the delay, but it was beyond their control.

From Ron,Chris and Kara in new car sales and the service team I’ve always had great care. Will be back and will recommend this dealership.

Body shop manager provided excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, and responsive to customer. Highly recommend him.
