Was able to manage scheduling my appointment and final purchase electronically. Providing this option makes this whole process so much easier as there are no Cadillac dealerships near me. The car delivery process was great!

My Cadillac had body work done and they did a great job.

My Cadillac had body work done and they did a great job. However the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned! The shop manager made it right and my. Vehicle was detailed . . Thank you .

My most recent service was the worst experience that I

My most recent service was the worst experience that I have had with the service department. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I do not plan on using Crestview service in the future.
