Service staff did a thorough job of diagnosing and fixing a problem that was unresolved after three trips in one week to another dealership. Very professional and communicative.

Great service.

Great service. I have been using for oil change and routine maintenance. The cost for the service and tire rotation is less than other oil change alone. I wait and they are always quick. I use the app and able to schedule an appointment quickly and when convenient for me.

Came in to look at a used vehicle on a friday, which was

Came in to look at a used vehicle on a friday, which was an hour drive. Wanted to purchase after the test drive. After an hour or so, I was told they couldnt sell because they didnt have the title. But I could come back Monday. I left a large deposit. Called Monday, twice. Told Tuesday would be the latest. Called Tuesday, twice. And once Wednesday. After calling the manager to get my deposit back, the title arrived and I did in fact get the car. But never one time did the salesman or managers ever call me with an update. I paid for and insured a car on Friday to purchase and was left wondering if I even would ever be able to purchase the car. I understand it could happen and its outside their control. But never once was I feeling like I was getting anything but "average" service. So 3/5 stars. And maybe try a different Cadillac Dealership first!

My experience at Crestview Cadillac and with Emily Rooney

My experience at Crestview Cadillac and with Emily Rooney was excellent. She greeted my warmly and was very patient with me and informative as I test drove an Optiq and was trying to make my decision of whether or not to lease an Optiq or some other vehicle. Everyone in the process was awesome! And I LOVE my new Optiq!!

We had an excellent experience at Crestview. Our salesperson, Evan, was responsive, sensitive to our wishes, and made the experience stress free! Found us exactly what we wanted and a great deal. Love our new Lyriq! Highly recommend - best Cadillac dealership in the metro area!
