Dana was excellent as was the finance person. I received very professional and personal service. Very satisfied. I had follow up questions and Dana was very available.

Loyal customers

Salem Ford Hyundai is a terrific dealership. We just bought our 6th and 7th vehicle from them. Professional and pleasant to work with. Make sure you ask for Dana, he is a true professional.

My dealings with the Sales Representative, Matt Pina, were excellent. I have very high regards for Matt. He is very thoughtful and pleasant. He understands what I am looking for in a vehicle. My experiences have always been very satisfactory when dealing with this dealership. That's why I keep going back.

My Experience at Salem Hyundai

When I walked onto the lot no one approached or greeted either my father or me. We went inside the dealership and still were completely ignored.

Great Experience!

I had a great experience at Salem Hyundai! I worked with Dana to get a new SUV and he was great! He listened to everything that I needed in the vehicle and pointed me in the right direction. He made sure that I understood how the vehicle worked and delivered it to me in perfect condition! He really got me the best deal possible and I really appreciate him taking the time to work with us! In the future I will 100% be back to work with Dana when I am ready to upgrade! The rest of the staff was great as well!
