When calling for an appointment you don’t have to wait for a long period of time for someone to answer the phone. And 3 weeks to get the appointment!!

Well I did buy a 2019 Silverado 1500 from them and I drove the truck for a week it had transmission issues and oil leaking from the oil cooler lines and now I brought it to the back to the dealer and I have not had the truck for 2 weeks and I've made my first payment and I've driven the truck for three rides 300 mi

Everyone in the service department is extremely helpful and friendly. They work fast and don’t make you wait for an extended period of time. They have gotten me in for flat tires within hours where other dealerships closer to home said it would be a few week wait.

Unfortunately Ford has a bad engine. Dealership put new engine in very timely. Appreciate the dealership response. I would have hoped Ford would have stood behind their engine!
