Not always easy to get the appointment needed to get for

Not always easy to get the appointment needed to get for service, but the wait is worth it, the service team is very friendly, and the waiting room is comfortable. The service is great and my needs are fulfilled in excellence

Metro Ford has treated my wife an I fantastic every sence my first vehicle ford back in 1985.The ownership along with the fantastic employees have been nothing less than wonderful to deal with.

Had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire

Had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours for this to be done. I was called and told every lug nut needed to be replaced in order for them to rotate tires at a cost of $100. I just had new tires put on in the fall and had a hard time believing every lug nut needed to be replaced. I said no and they did not rotate my tires. Long wait for having an appointment.

The body work done on my car was good.

The body work done on my car was good. However, it took too long. I was told once the work started it would take 1 1/2 weeks but it ended up taking 2 1/2 weeks. My rental insurance ran out so I had to pay for the rental. I asked about a loaner car but was told they only provided loaners for mechanical problems. When I dropped my car off at the body shop, they were arranging for a loaner for another customer, so I felt I was not told the truth.

Had to revisit 3 times do to failure of fixing my car.

Had to revisit 3 times do to failure of fixing my car. Poor communication. Didn’t clean the news they made in my car out the overspray on my windows.
