I'd like to thank Jacob Warner and his manager for helping me get an electric lumbar installed in the drivers seat and for finding me a spare tire. I'm disabled and in Mi. it's not uncommon for us to get minus 15-20 below zero. Without a spare I'm basically stranded if I get a blowout or something was to cut my sidewall. I can't walk over 1/3 mile as I have spinal stenosis. These folks moved mountains to help me out and I can't thank them enough. For anyone reading this don't assume that if you purchase the same make and model from one year to the next that you'll get the same options, as Ford cut the s__t out of mine. Thank you Jacob.

Requested wiper repairs as my wiper speeds were messed...
Requested wiper repairs as my wiper speeds were messed up. After changing my wiper switch the manager told me everything but the wipers going back to the bottom was fixed. When i drove back my car, noticed intermittent and mist speed settings were still not working. Service dept not returning my calls.

Just had our first oil change on our Explorer. I talked with a service advisor, sales manager, parts manager and three sales people while there. Each one of them was kind and helpful and made it a positive experience. Customer service is not dead Szott’s Ford.

Scott exemplifies professionalism, empathy and what customer service should be. I was overwhelmed with finding oil on my garage floor. As no service appointments were immediately available he found a time slot for me to come in for a look at the problem and to make sure the car is driveable until I could get an appt next week. I could tell that the service dept. was busier than I have ever experienced. He remained friendly and showed genuine concern for my problem. It turned out to be an easy fix with a loose oil filter. The car was ready and washed within a ninety minutes and I was so impressed with the entire experience. In our crazy new world of short staff and short tempers, it is so refreshing to find someone like Scott who cares deeply about his job and customers. Szott Ford is so fortunate to have him represent their business. THANK YOU Scott.
