We had the BEST experience at Szott Ford buying our 2025 F250! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Eric, our salesperson, was amazing. He truly went above and beyond. Searching high and low to find the exact truck we wanted. He kept us updated the entire time, answered all our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he really cares about helping people find what’s right for them. Huge shoutout to Anthony, the sales manager, who truly went to bat for us. He worked hard behind the scenes to get the price exactly where we needed it and made sure we didn’t leave until we were completely happy. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted the best for us. Nick in finance made everything simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. We also got to meet Ethan, a porter training to become a sales associate, and he was so friendly. It just shows what kind of team they have there. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and down to earth. We’re beyond excited about our new truck and so thankful to the Szott Ford crew for making it such a great experience!

I have been going to szott ford for many years. Great place. Good service, good people, great sales team!

I live about two hours from this dealership so I requested some additional information than the listing provided ie walk around video, pics, recall info. They would not provide me with the video, for the pics they just sent me the listing again which just shows the bronco heavily edited in front of the dealership, and for the recall they sent me a link to carfax expecting me to look it up myself. This is the least helpful dealership I have ever experienced. Definitely not customer focused based on what little effort they put into a first impression. Not sure how a dealership sells cars this way. Would not recommend Szott Ford.

Bought out my lease and did everything over the phone, pretty fast and easy. Went to dealership at end of day and signed hard copies and that was it.

Great experience from start to finish. Vernon is real relaxed and makes you feel like he is your friend from high school. The entire dealership is nice and clean and very friendly. I love my new ford maverick and would highly recommend going to Szott ford in Holly.
