Szott Ford

When my Fiance and I started looking for a new car, we were a bit scared with the economic times. We wanted to make sure we made the right decisions. ANTHONY KETCHUM really stepped up to the plate and helped us work through all of our concerns and made sure we had all the information necessary to pick the right vehicle. He let us take our time. He never pressured us, just lent his helping hand. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase from Anthony Ketchum and Szott Ford. From now on, car shopping is as easy as calling Anthony.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle and called Anthony Ketchum to help us find a fuel-efficient vehicle at a reasonable price. Our credit was questionable and it wasn’t easy to get an approval but Anthony did not give up. We tried to purchase a used vehicle without success. He then showed us a 2011 Lime Green Ford Escape to lease. My first thought was, “that is a pretty ugly color”. We were also weary about leasing because we have never leased before. I have to say that I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I NOT lose my car in a parking lot. I am the only Lime Green Ford Escape on the road and I love it. This vehicle is way better than the used one we were originally looking at. The level of customer service we received from Anthony will never be matched. We will be back in about a year when we need to replace our 2nd vehicle. You rock Anthony Ketchum!!!

In the case of the last vehicle that I purchased from Szott, Stacey arranged it so that I didn't even have to come to the dealership. The car was delivered to my home and I signed the papers on my kitchen table.

My husband was shopping for a new truck,F-250, and stumpled upon Josh Holbrook. Josh was truly like finding a diamond in the rough. He is a "No xx" salesman and truly has gone out of his way during the process. We were so happy with our experience, our son & daughter in law recently bought an Edge from Josh and our daughter will be going to see him when she's ready for a new vehicle.

My husband and I have bought our first Ford vehicles from Chris Boan back in 2000, when he was in sales at Alan Ford, and from day one he treated us like family, he was very good to us and my husband is very hard to please and that something that Chris overcame with him, we have purchase nine vehicles from Ford, when Chris move from Alan Ford to Szott we came with him and even though he is not in sales anymore he makes sure we are well taken care of when do come in for service and or when our lease is up on our vehicles he is there for us. And he recommend a awsome sales person for us Josh Holbrook he is wonderful to and look for him with my next vechicle. Everyone at Szott Ford is very friendly and service department is great to. Scoot helped up out with buying a used jeep, and when i test drove it i said i would not buy it untill they fixed the wobble in the steering.. They took great care of it and my and my wife. thank you very much.

I just purchased a used truck it was clean inside and out.My salesman Hernando Hulleza was professional and courteous.The used car sales manager Randy Forsyth went the extra mile and called the original owner and had him sign over the extended warranty.I don't mind giving my hard earned money to people who work just as hard.... P.S. I'll be back!!
