We have been with Eric O. since 1989, and he knows our driving preferences and looks out for the best deals for us. When we go to pickup a new vehicle, he makes sure we are totally comfortable with new features. In all the years of working with Symdons, we only had one real problem (which was the car maker, not Symdon) and everyone in the service department worked continuously to get it resolved and we were extremely happy with the end results. That's why we didn't hestitate to return for future purchases and service. When we were purchasing vehicles for the kids as they got into driving, Symdons was the place, and now it's spreading onto another generation of satisfied car owners from Symdons! Just picked up a new 2012 Chevy Traverse, and Eric O had an obligation and couldn't meet with our schedule, but the other sales staff stepped in flawlessly and we completed the sale with great satisfaction. We are happy to see their new construction/expansion - everything was orchestrated well so the construction didn't get in our way. We look forward to the new digs when we come in for service/maintenance! Do not hestitate to use Symdons! I had a couple of very good experiences with service department (fitting me in on a Saturday to install a new battery) and that encouraged me to think about Symdon initially in purchasing a vehicle.
