Equinox repair

Excellent service. Took my vehicle in because of a sound in the rear. They fixed it that day and I asked them to just do a checkup after they found what was wrong. Will be going there for all my maintenance. I have tire rotation and an oil change coming up, and I will be taking it there!!!

Quick and Easy

Jason made the buying process quick and very easy. He went out of his way to find us every discount to make the price of a new car even better. We will be back to buy again from Jason and Symdon.

great experience

Buying a car from symdon was a great choice. It is one of the few dealership I have found that took the time to hear me out, explain fine details, and successfully created a no pressure inviroment. As for customer service, our salesman personally washed our car to have it ready for us to pick up! In fact the salesman called again today to follow up and make sure we were ok with our car. It is this kind of dedication and follow through that won my wife and I over. We will be buying our next car from them without a doubt.

2005 F150 Ford King Ranch

4/21/2012: I just wanted to send a word of praise for the fine service that Symdon Chevrolet in Evansville, WI provided during the last week. I'm from Rock Island, IL and my son, who lives in Madison, found a 2005 Ford F-150 King Ranch on cars.com and forwarded the photo's from your dealership. I emailed their rep 5-6 times and we spoke on the phone several times during the week, each time I received immediate response. On Saturday the truck was waiting to be test driven, the rep answered all of my questions, the paperwork went fast and the end result was a sale of the F-150 on Saturday the 21st. Thanks again for the fine service.

Poor Customer Service

Obviously the most important thing to these people is selling you a vehicle. After the sale, forget it. They don't care about customer satisfaction one bit. The used vehicle I purchased had a stone chip in the windshield that the salesman said they would "fix it so you wouldn't even know it was there". Well, that didn't happen, so I asked for a whole new windshield. Service manager said "sorry, no can do." So, for the price of around $300 for a new windshield, this dealership will NEVER see that vehicle again. I will go elsewhere for all my service and maintainance needs. I will most definitely go elsewhere for my next vehicle purchase.

They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. They...

They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. They have no problem taking your money when selling you a vehicle, but making sure you leave completely satisified after the sale is another story. Vehicle purchased had minor problem, but service department was unwilling to bend on fixing the problem. For the mere $200 that it would have taken to fix my problem, they have lost my future business.
