In general, good response and service. On 2 occassions the repairs took an additional day beyond what was estimated. The dealer didn't call me with the information - I had to call them to find out. However, the dealer had provided a loaner car so the delay wasn't a big problem. Repairs have cost what the dealer estimated, which was good. Providing Saturday service hours for oil changes is a big benefit; indeed, I would probably get the changes done elsewhere otherwise. It would be really helpful if repairs could also be scheduled on Saturday - again, this is mitigated by the availability of loaner cars.

We have bought about 5 cars from Jason @ Symdon Chevrolet. The dealership had great rates and a great selection of vehicles. It's by far the best dealership in Rock County.
