Bought a used car here six months ago that had serious issues. The salesman made.it seem as if the car was in great condition and did not clarify my right to have it inspcted on the premises. Dealers' contracts relieve them of all liability. I would never return here and wish I had been warned of their dishonest used car business practices.

Fantastic experience buying my certified pre-owned Ford Escape from Lasco Ford in Fenton. I was able to buy a 2017 for less than a 2018 I almost purchase elsewhere. They were very informative and made the process easy and fast which was suprising.

Worse service
Called to get recalls taking care of. They told me I get a loaner car. I showed up at my appointment time for them to not come out if the office to take the keys and start the fix. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come get my keys. They then told me they had no cars available for me to take. So with going on vacation I did not need one for the weekend and my car would be ready saturday. I dropped off on thursday, friday came along and i get a text that they will need the car until monday witch is fine get it fixed is what I want done. So I asked for a car to get to work monday and tuesday day, they told me they had to call me on saturday to set it up. I did not hear anything until tuesday when I called and asked way my car is not ready and that I NEEDED a car for work Wednesday. They finally finished the car at 5pm on tuesday. I will never go to this dealership again.

Quick oil change and recall
Great visit for my Ford Focus. I needed an oil change and had a recall and was able to set an appointment and get out of there for both in about an hour. (I expected longer) The waiting area was clean and spacious and everyone was nice. I will be back for sure.

Lasco Ford SUCKS
Nathalie is the WORST representative. The day my car was ready she didn’t even contact us and blamed it all on the mechanic the next day although it is her job to communicate with customers and not leave them hanging. The service department NEVER answers the phone, the secretary is rude and cuts you off, the manager never returned our calls and 3 days after leaving lasco my focus wouldn’t even run.

Great Experience!
I was extremely happy with my 2017 Ford Escape and now I love my 2019 (even better) Ford Escape. This is my second time leasing a car through the Fenton dealership because of the excellent service they provide. Our sales salesperson Ben Willey was our salesperson the first time and we sought him out this time also. His communication is clear and is very helpful as well as knowledgeable. He listened and was attentive to our needs and concerns. Ben is polite, and extremely professional. We never felt pressured nor rushed. Ben explained and re-explained things we were unclear on. In the end, the final price was exactly as negotiated. We love our new Ford Escape! Thank You! Danuta Murphy

Great Experience
Able to get the car I wanted at a good price and a great price for my trade in. Excellent experience with all associates involved with my 2019 Escape purchase. Emily L. went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an auto sales person. The whole process was quick and easy...no pain involved.

Great service
Everyone treats you great. They really go out of there way to make you feel welcome and like you really are important to them. Which I really can appreciate since I work in sales and can understand how some customers demands can get. I’ve never once seen anyone in the service department do anything but smile, be courteous, and do a great job. It’s nice having a great ford dealership nearby like this one to get work done on your vehicle.
