very happy with the salesman named Erik, his compassion and efforts for our behalf made our experience more pleasant than expected. Yes Erik is the Sales Man!!! We can not wait to tell our friends who will be buying a new car to go to Lasco and see Erik.

Erik facilitated numerous car test drives of various models and was most patient. He worked with numerous other dealership personnel to answer questions and resolve issues. Erik was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Erik helped us understand several new functions of the new cars and set up some of the Ford Sync to work with our phones.

I drove 25 miles to see some advertised trucks. But the trucks were in "cleanup" and were not available. A week later, the trucks in question were still in "cleanup". (But the salesman will call me when they are available)

I am on the market for a new car, specifically a lease option. I have never owned a new car and when my car finally died I decided to come and check out Lasco Ford. Andreea was simply amazing! She asked me for all the details ahead of my appointment, so we dont spend too much time for the paperwork and more time test driving and making a selection! She didn't rush us, and she didnt make us wait a long time, compared to all the other dealerships out there!She was knowleadgeable, dilligent and super friendly, I felt very comfortable that she was not trying to sell us something that we cannot afford or want and I must say that she really makes you feel part of the Ford family. I told her my price limits and she worked with us very well!! I would recommend Lasco Ford and Andreea to anyone in the market to purchase/lease a new car. Don't look anywhere else, go to Lasco Ford, and you will be a happy camper :)

I have been coming to Lasco Ford for five years now and can honestly say that every experience has been great. I have purchased three vehicles now from Paul Zaagman and the level of professionalism from him is second to none. With my latest purchased I actually worked with him and another member of his team, Andreea McGigor and I could not have been more satisfied. I told them the truck I wanted and although they didn’t have one on the lot, within a day they had found what I was looking for and had it delivered to their store. They could have easily tried what most dealerships do and convince me to settle on a vehicle that was on their lot even though it wasn’t what I was looking for, but they didn’t. Instead they convinced me that they were working for “me” and that they would find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again Paul and Andreea for everything!

My search of a 2014 F-150 to replace my 2004 F-150 brought me to Lasco Ford and I'm glad it did. Salespersons, Andreea and Paul, were top-notch! They answered all of my questions and worked with me well past regular closing time to make sure that they put me in the right truck at a great price. Jake in finance also put in some OT so that we could get the paperwork done. Despite the clock on the wall, I never felt as if I was being rushed. I would definitely recommend Lasco Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle: new or used.

Lasco Ford is an incredible dealership! Andreea was an excellent saleswoman. She was very attentive from start to finish. She responded quickly to my calls and emails and made our experience with the leasing of our 2014 Mustang a pleasure. Im happy to have met such a wonderful and kind person. Lasco has definitely made a lasting impression on my family. All of their employees from the first phone call until pulling our new car out of the lot, everyone in all of the departments were extremely welcoming. I drove 65 miles to get to Lasco Ford in Fenton but it was "Worth the Trip." I had been shopping for an Explorer 2012 through 2014 with four wheel drive and a trailer tow package for about three weeks on Ford Direct which lead me to the Lasco Ford website. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a great price and a real shopping experience. I don't think there was a single person I saw at the dealership who didn't have a smile and a kind word to say to me. I had spoken to Janice Oginsky on my original call and she was truly dedicated to "Custome Service" without high pressure techniques and truly interested in helping me get the deal I was after. When a deal is approved they announce it over the PA and the salesperson and the customer go over and ring the bell in the sales office. I heard the bell ring 5 times while I was there and I can understand why it will be ringing many more times. It was truly "Worth the Trip" to Lasco Ford in Fenton.

Everyone at lasco is absolutely awesome! From the second i drove into the parking lot until I left with my new car! I can't reiterate how awesome my experience was I will recommend this dealership to all of my clients, friends, and family! Thanks so much!
