Very pleased

I purchased a new 2014 Expedition. Upgraded from a 2012. Sales was extremely helpful in getting me into one. Had a wonderful sales person that made it to be an easy process.

A Good Day

I was very pleased with my auto dealer, Andreea. Her input was very influential when it came to making a final decision. The overall staff was friendly as well, and they made sure to take good care of me. Any of my friends of family that need a car in the near future will be directed to Lasco Ford in Fenton. Thanks for making this experience a good one.

Do not take a vehicle here for repair

After a break-down, my 2009 F350 XLT Super Duty was towed to this Ford Dealer - took 2 days to even get an accurate diagnostic on the car and another three days for a repair. The service rep - Denise kept promising to call back with status reports and never did. Each time I called I was given the run around about additional parts needed, ordered, then not delivered on time. After many calls I finally confirmed that my vehicle was ready. When i went to pick it up - my floor mats were thrown across the back seat and the door panel that had been REMOVED was not replaced correctly. Bolts were missing! I had to bring it home and finish putting my car back together. Not exactly service I would recommend. I would NEVER recommend this dealership.

Very satisfied

I was very satisfied with the help and advice from everyone at the dealer. I liked that I was not forced into anything I wasn't comfortable accepting. I was allowed to choose the vehicle I wanted and they helped me on finances.

Excellent service all around

Lasko Ford just doesn't fit the traditional car dealers archetype. The staff are very professional, courteous, and low pressure all across the board. I kept waiting for all the shark like sales techniques and the awful gimmicks but it just didn't happen. My experience couldn't have been better. My sales guy, Alex Gentry, was a total pro. A young guy with 50 times the patience and professionalism of people 2-3 times his age who are in sales. He was helpful, informative, and very pro-active at getting our questions answered and finding a vehicle I am VERY HAPPY with. I'm completely satisfied with my experience at Lasko. There is no question I'll be back.

My new Ford Taurus

Andreea Mcgigor was great from start to finish. She was great over the phone before I got their and even better in person. I would reccomend her to anyone who I come across who is interested in purchasing a car. She dealt with me for 5 days and never pressured me at all. I felt very comfortable during the process and I will purchase my next car from her when Im done paying for this one currently.
