From the minute we entered to the minute we left. Every part of the buying experience was positive. Jake listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what my budget was. He was not overly pushy. When he showed me the the amount they would offer me for my trade and I didn't agree he went back and asked for more. Jake was very helpful during the paper signing process and very receptive when I suggested there was an error in the numbers. The only thing I think would be better is a little more instruction on how to operate all the features of the vehicle. Rusty did say he would have someone call me for one on one training at a later date however.

Overall my experience was excellent! Cameron was very friendly and helpful with out being pushy like some car sales men. He was very knowledgable about each vehicle I was interested in. He didn't pressure me into anything that I didn't like. He was patient with my undesivness and allowed me to take home and test drive multiple vehicles. I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone who is interested in a new vehicle. You defintly won't be disappointed in your experience. Thanks Again Carla Swack :)

Everyone was always very friendly and professional. A few times we were asked to wait for very long periods of time, which was inconvenient, but overall it was a good experience.

I have had the opportunity to purchase from this dealer before, this time was different, I have been experiencing credit problem for some time, and was not sure if I could work a deal, well to my absolute surprise the salesmen Darin Hawley really step up, I have been in sales most of my life and was really surprised how this man took charge of situation, reviewed my options help me select the right car, did their best on my trade in, had a Focus with a bunch of miles, and was able to close the deal with in two weeks. All the time that was going on Darin was in constant communication with me either by phone or e-mail. Of all the cars that I have bought over the years this has been hands down the best experience. My thanks to Darin and to Matt Lasco, Matt your Dad would be very proud of you.

After a really BAD experience at an affiliate dealership, we called and spoke to Aaron @ the Fenton dealership. He understood our frustration and anxiety, and set us up with a great salesperson and experience. We had also spoke to Delila and she was also very sweet and professional. Daren and Aaron were two of the best sales people I have ever met. I have only experienced this level of professionalism one time before. They really went over and above to make things right. My son and I are very grateful. After the wonderful treatment they gave my son, I will return to buy my new vehicle with the Lasco Fenton sales people. I plan to do so in the next couple months. Hello, Eric, Shoen and Rick gave great customer service. They worked harder than any other rep I have work with in the past 35 years of buying cars.. The dealership has a very friendly atmosphere and I felt very comfortable..Eric put the extra time in to make the sale work for all parties involved. Mike & Owen were amazing! Mike wasn't feeling well but still gave us excellent service! Owen made me feel like he was concerned about my issues & helped us work out everything smoothly.

I was having a problem with my car and had 2 years left on my lease. I explained the problem to Mike and he and Paul worked to get me out of the lease and in to a new Focus with no money out of pocket and a very small increase in the monthly payment. Delilah was the first person I talked to at the dealership and she was very helpful and understanding of my situation. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership!
