It was a great experience. I came in interested in a car online, hoped to get a car within the week and ended up purchasing a car the night I came in! Drove him in it that night! Eric Parks was the salesman I worked with. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He wouldn't let me leave without making a deal. We negotiated until we had a fair deal for all parties. Not many dealers do that. Follow-up service has been great as well.

Eric was a pleasure to work with he was sincerely kind and helped me with all my automotive needs he got me in the perfect vehicle that was comfortable with me and affordable. I recommend him to anyone.

I purchased a new Mustang yesterday from Lasco Ford. To put it simply, they beat everyone else's package deal by about $1500 (I did my homework with several dealerships). The price on the Mustang was about the same across all dealerships (within a couple hundred dollars); however, Lasco really stepped up on my trade and delivered $1500 more than the next best offer. And while Lasco didn't have the model Mustang I wanted on their lot, they were willing to do the legwork and arrange a dealer trade. They sent a driver all the way to Pinconning to pick up the car I wanted, and they had it on their lot the next day. What else could a customer expect? Great job, guys.

My husband and I were surprised how "busy" this dealership seemed to be, yet we were met right at the door by Cameron and he saw us through the whole purchasing process; from the meet and great at the door, to the test drive, to working out the finances (with Owen). And even though we never met her, this whole process actually started online with Heather who answered my online query as well as my subsequent phone calls regarding the vehicle I found at their dealership using Auto Trader.com. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase of our vehicle...everything went very quickly and smoothly...and everyone we dealt with handled themselves very professionally. And even though the "ringing of the bell" upon the announcement of us purchasing our vehicle seemed a bit "hokey"...it was a bit "cool" too! :-)

Paul (manager) was great too and even threw in a set of all weather floor mats for me that he had instead of me having to wait for the standard vehicle mats to be ordered.
