Absolutely floored by the service we received treated like royalty is an understatement! They were polite and really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied we the sale. They are my dealership for life

Mike Goldsworthy was fabulous to work with. I have...

Mike Goldsworthy was fabulous to work with. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this salesman. He was exceptional. I can honestly say that the only complaint I have was that amount of time it took to get the approvals done and out the door. I was there for 6 hours. I have never bought a car where it took that long. And I think more communication needs to happen with the buyer as far as what is going on with the deals. I did not know what type of payment they came up with until I went back and sat with the guy in the back where I sat to sign paper work. That may have been Keith Carden who was also helpful. Overall everything went pretty smoothly. I am enjoying my new car. I will definitely recommend Lasco. PS - Mike went the extra mile after he got off work. He happened to show up at the same restaurant that my son and I were eating at and he bought our meals. Now that is a true salesman! Keeping his customers happy! Thanks Mike!!!

ALex was great! Your finance dept is HORRIBLE! They are rude and take hours and hours. They also tell you stuff to get you in the back out! They only reason we come back here is for Alex!

Out of three different dealerships we had salesmen that...

Out of three different dealerships we had salesmen that acted as if we were not worth their time because of the amount we were looking to spend. However, when we went to Lasco Ford we were introduced to Trevor Troupe and he was more than willing and energetic about assisting us in our venture. He helped with locating vehicles, allowing us to test drive them, he touched base with us the following day to see how everything went, and he was more than patient with us until we found the right car. Once we found the right car, he stayed at the dealership later than even we anticipated the time would take. He was not only extremely informative but he also seemed genuinely concerned about making sure we were able to get the right car in the price range that we told him we were comfortable with. Furthermore, even though he is new to this dealership, he seemed like he had been doing this type of work longer than the short time he stated he has been doing it. In the future when we start looking for another car we plan on coming back to Lasco Ford in Fenton MI so Trevor can help us once again. Thanks Trevor, we look forward to working with you in the future on our next great deal.

We were looking for an affordable, nice looking vehicle for my husband, and Trevor was extremely helpful, and easy to work with. We wanted everyone to know what a great job he did!

As soon as we walked in the door of Lasco Ford it was a...

As soon as we walked in the door of Lasco Ford it was a nice experience. We were not attacked like some dealerships do. We seen a familar face right away. He was Charlie Burgess. He is an honest person which put us at ease. We were next introduced to Paul Zaagman, who was friendly, no pretense at all and very knowledgeable about new and used cars. Last but not least we were introduced to Gaye Johnson. She was great at making sure ALL our questions were answered. She made our waiting time for a finance rate easier. She did everything in her power to make our experience and lasting impression a pleasure.

My driver's side wiper blade had broken off in this...

My driver's side wiper blade had broken off in this past Saturday's (12/14/13) snow storm; drove to Fenton Lasco Ford. Asked Mike Goldsworthy for help as was after hours for service center to be open (sometime after 6 pm) Mike went to see if anyone in service was still around. Paul & Mike said they together would see if they could help me. They found a wiper blade, and Paul put it on, tested them to make sure they would work. Both Paul & Mike were an answer to prayer, as my husband was out of town. Mike & Paul went above and beyond my expectations, as the service dept was closed. THANK YOU Mike & Paul for rescuing a damsel in distress!!!
