My driver's side wiper blade had broken off in this...
My driver's side wiper blade had broken off in this past Saturday's (12/14/13) snow storm; drove to Fenton Lasco Ford. Asked Mike Goldsworthy for help as was after hours for service center to be open (sometime after 6 pm) Mike went to see if anyone in service was still around. Paul & Mike said they together would see if they could help me. They found a wiper blade, and Paul put it on, tested them to make sure they would work. Both Paul & Mike were an answer to prayer, as my husband was out of town. Mike & Paul went above and beyond my expectations, as the service dept was closed. THANK YOU Mike & Paul for rescuing a damsel in distress!!!

By far the best customer service out of every other...
By far the best customer service out of every other dealership I went to. I worked with Darren Hawley. The dealership was very busy and so was Darren but he found someone else to help us in his absence when he was called away to other customers. He checked on us and even gave us updates every couple of minutes. Darren seemed genuinely interested in helping find a car that I loved and he even said that he wouldn't let me leave until we found something that I was satisfied with. He was very easy to relate to and he even shared his experiences with buying cars and credit building. My credit is not the best but he wasn't discouraged by it. His goal was not only for me to buy a car but he also wanted to make sure that I got into something that wouldn't be too overwhelming to pay for and would also fix my credit. Darren is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone who goes to this dealership to buy a vehicle. Overall, the whole dealership in general gets and A+. They were friendly and efficient and they will work with you no matter what your situation is. I honestly believe that they sold 15+ cars just in that one day that I was there.

I am impressed every time I walk through Lasco's door as to the wonderful customer service that I receive. I especially was impressed with the last purchase that I made at Lasco. Dalila and Mike G. were extremely helpful and walked me through the buying process with ease. I will continue to recommend Laso. I had a great experience with Alex Gentry. He is the ONLY...
I had a great experience with Alex Gentry. He is the ONLY reason I gave all 5's. I was there for 3 days, a combined 14 hours to purchase a car. I was told multiple things that were either incorrect or later changed. Once I began working with Alex (I had 3 others before him), my entire experience changed. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and apologetic for my experience thus far. Had he not been the salesman I worked with, I wouldn't recommend Lasco. However, I will recommend him and send future customers directly to him.

Our recently purchased F150 had a Rear differential...
Our recently purchased F150 had a Rear differential issue, so we took it in to Lasco, where we bought the truck, for service. Not only did Julie make sure our repair was completely covered under our warranty, she made sure I had rental car, and updates on our repairs along the way. We were very pleased with the customer service, and the timely repairs on our vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend this service department to friends and family. Thanks again Julie!

From the start the people we seen were very friendly with us. Whitni was very nice to us from the first we meet. She kept us informed through out the time we were there. I would go back to them for my next time I need a car. I would make sure that I ask for Whitni.

Gaye is a wonderful salesperson...very friendly, warm and...
Gaye is a wonderful salesperson...very friendly, warm and eager to please. She stayed two hours after the dealership had closed to make sure everything with my trade in and purchase went smoothly and was accommodating to me as well as my mom and two-year-old daughter. If I need to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely call Gaye first.

Gaye was incredibly helpful, friendly and dedicated in helping me find a car and getting me the best deal possible. She focused her whole attention on me and seemed very together and knew what she was talking about. I'm writing this review because as an 18 year old its hard to be taken completely seriously when going into a business place but she treated me with respect and was really helpful and listened to my concerns and needs. I am also writing this review to say how thankful I am to have come upon Lasco Ford because I went in having no credit and left with a vehicle and over joyed, all the staff here is very helpful and friendly, you'll feel like you've known everyone for forever but at the same time they're professional and get the job done. I was very pleased with my visit and will be going back.
