Worst experience I've ever experienced with a business in the service department. My family has purchased cars from Randy Wise forever!! Brought in my car that I purchased from the Fenton location, in for service at the Fenton location. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They advertise free rentals, had my car for four weeks, my enterprise bill was over $1,000. Randy wise didn't even offer to compensate. Called and even left a message with the store manager, he didn't get back with me. Had to call two other times to get ahold of someone. Very disappointed.

I haven't bought a vehicle in 11 years. I'm cautious and thorough when I make large purchases. I found the vehicle that I wanted online and sent an inquiry to the dealership. When JJ responded, I told him that I had some very hard days ahead and asked if we could please make an agreement on the conditions of the purchase and arrange the financing through emails, and then I would drive 2 hours to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and do the paperwork. My 24 year old son recently passed away and his birthday was on the day that JJ and I completed the deal. I've never felt so respected, cared about, and treated with such compassion as I did on that night. You see my son wanted me to get a car and pushed me to do it right before his death. So it became very important for me to do this on Cody's birthday to honor him. From the minute JJ greeted me in the parking lot until he sent me on my way with a beautiful vehicle, I knew that he had my best interests at heart. I will recommend JJ to anyone and everyone who needs someone who is ethical, professional and really listens to the customer and makes their dreams come true, not pushing their own agenda !! Thank you JJ and Jim (the financial specialist) for making a really hard accomplishment turn into a positive experience!!
