Mike is always friendly in the Service Department. He took care of everything and double checked to make sure the extended warranty covered the repairs.

Worst experience buying a car, ever.

Worst experience buying a car, ever. Bought a used car here December 9. 2 months later, check engine light is on, ABS system fails, and tire pressure sensor is messed up. Got an inspection myself before purchase and you guys said the car was inspected as well. Tried to charge me $5500 to fix everything. David in financing in used cars is a complete liar, he added $2874 of ?total care? warranty that I NEVER asked for. Took 2 1/2 months to get a refund. Noelle was my first sales rep and once she got her commission she blew me off for any help after a good first interaction.

Knowledgeable service representative.

Knowledgeable service representative. Time of wait estimate could be closer to reality. Work was done to my satisfaction. I continue and will continue to Wise for all my service and repair needs.

2nd try to repair a tire.

2nd try to repair a tire. Another $26, and still I lose 5 psi per day. Crappy repair, 2nd attempt. had to pay both times and still leaking. What a hassle. Will go to Belle Tire.

Customer Service with Jenny @ Randy Wise - Fenton

Jenny is always pleasant to work with. She saved me $ with service deal and I appreciate it very much! She's always looking out for me and is considerate of my time. She makes sure my oil change happens quickly and gets me out the door. Everything is smooth and it's a pleasure to do business with a local dealership like Randy Wise.

Shady!

Sold us a vehicle with an open recall on it and it caught on fire and blew up on the way home. They claimed no responsibility and told us to go ahead and try and sue them.

Polite service

Service is always top notch. Greeted immediately as you drive into garage. The waiting room is nice and clean and offering free coffee.
