Upon my arrival at the Randy Wise body shop, the employees greeted me with a smile and were helpful in their customer service. I had dropped off my Chevrolet Impala the morning after it had been in a car accident that damaged the hood, a fender, the headlights, the grill, and the bumper. I was provided with a rental car, while my vehicle was being repaired at no cost to me. After returning to the body shop to pick up my newly fixed vehicle, I was in shock of the work that had been done. The work was so well done, that I almost did not recognize my 2004 vehicle! It now looks newer than when I bought it originally. I would like to thank the fine employees at Randy Wise for fixing up my vehicle! I give you 5 stars in the friendliness, quality of work, and overall experience!

I purchased a 2008 Saturn Aura at this dealership. My first visit to the dealership was driving through the parking lot looking at the vehicles. I immediately saw the Saturn Aura within my price range. I looked at the vehicle for a minute then walked inside and met Matt Gatica who ended up selling me the car. Right away he got me behind the wheel and off on a test drive. I was impressed and let him know I was interested. I went off to the bank to secure financing. I ended up returning to the dealership and taking the car home overnight to see how I liked it. In the morning I was ready to purchase it and returned to the dealership to buy it. I did have a few minor issues with the car, which they agreed to fix. I bought the car that day. I returned a 2 times to so they could fix the speakers and always received friendly and quick service. I was also having a vibration issue, and after having another shop look at it, I called the used car sales manager. Kyle Canada told me to bring the car in and he provided a free loaner car while they were inspecting the car. They found 2 bent wheels which they replaced right away at no cost. After having the wheels replaced every issue I had with the car is now fixed. The dealership stood behind the car and provided great service to keep the myself happy. Hopefully I will be satisfied with my purchase for years to come.

Dale Payne let me know that my past lease was coming...
Dale Payne let me know that my past lease was coming close to the end time and that he could provide me with a newer model similar to what I was driving at that time. From past experience, I knew that Dale was a professional who pays attention to detail, listens to my concerns, he is informed and instructs me on the operation of new features in my new 2013 Acadia. I can depend on Dale to follow-up on the things that he says he will do for me and I know that any problem I might have will be handled by him personally and resolved. It was an all around great experience and I do highly recommend Dale to anyone needing his services. I have dealt with Steve Cohen for my financing on my previous lease and he is trustworthy and efficient. I love my new car!

Rick helped me purchase the Impala and I have been very happy with it. along with maintaince with Mike I have come in for oil changes and repairs and He is so kind with my little one as well as with information for me. He makes me feel no question is dumb. Kenny was kind with my girls.They got in a accident it was very traumatic for me as a single mother and girls (daughter 18yrs and daughter 4yrs) non of us have ever experienced before and he helped my daughter realize it was common and cars can be repaired. He had a office of emotional girls . Kenny helped guide me with paperwork and insurance as well kept me informed. along with a rental no charge to me . My '07 Pontiac G6 was assaulted be a crazed, suicidal deer on May 2, 2013. There was what I considered to be fairly extensive front end damage. Essentially it, as well as the hood, needed to be replaced, along with the left front quarter panel. I brought the severely injured car in to Randy Wise early the next morning. Within an hour, I had a preliminary repair estimate, as well as a loaner. Later that afternoon, I received a call detailing the repairs and the time it would take, with an anticipated completion date of May 16th. I had occasion to call the dealership 2 or 3 times and was treated extremely well each time. I was stunned to receive a call at about 2:00 pm on Tuesday May 14th, telling me the car was finished and ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was ushered in to the cashier, given a detailed repair report and taken to my BEAUTIFULLY repaired and cleaned car. The Service Department washed the windows, inside and out, vacuumed the upholstery, wiped down everything they could and cleaned the floor mats, too! It could have been my imagination, but I'd swear my car smelled brand new! I've had the car back for 2 weeks and so far, couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I'd recommend Randy Wise to any- and everyone, without hesitation.

Follow-up calls and inquiries were promptly replied to. Service was scheduled quickly and finished so fast that I've told my family and friends to take their vehicles to Randy Wise for service of any kind. Brought car in to replace drivers side view mirror. Kenny took care of me as soon as I drove into the service area. The mirror was replaced in about 45 minutes. Very good with customers and very pleasant. I was very happy with the service. I would recommend Wise Buick/GMC to everyone for sales and service. It is a great dealership. I will be back for whatever service is needed on my Buick Regal and when my lease is up this is the place you will find me. I am a Buick fan and will be looking at another Buick to lease
