Oliver and his associate Nick go above and beyond to make sure that you have a positive experience. I used to hate going to buy/lease a new vehicle because I was never taken serious but once I found Oliver, its become a fun and exciting experience. I text or call him and he does all the preliminary leg work. I go in and test drive, advise what color and value added options I want and Oliver and Nick go to work. When I pick up my vehicle, I am treated like royalty and have a nice overview of the vehicle and features so I don't have any surprises on the road. One time, I got a car with issues - it happens. Oliver never dodged my calls and he would talk with service and try to assist in getting them resolved and finally in getting out of the vehicle. There truly are a few car salesmen out there that have integrity and I was lucky enough to find one. I just picked up my 4th vehicle from Olive and Nick - a 2013 GMC Acadia SLE2 and I simply love, love, love it!!

This was this first time in my 54 years of life that I've purchased a brand new truck or car. I walked into the dealership and was greeted with a smile and a hand shake from Dale Payne and he asked how he could help me. I told him what I mentioned above and was in the market for a new Sierra extended cab. Dale walked the lot with me until I found the one that caught my eye and we then proceeded from there. know i'm riding high, Thanks Dale and the finance gentleman,sorry I can't recall his name.

Worse Customer Service experience I have had with a Dealership. I was Mislead on the time frame and misinformed on the progess. The personnel were inaccurate with information throughout the progress. Kenny is under trained in the customer service aspect of his Job. Never like to say never, but would be a cold and desperate time before I would use a Randy Wise Store again. In my view I was continually told unture information about my car and it was not necessary. I do intend to file a complaint with State Farm and have my work order reviewed by the State.

I received my vehicle back after repairs at the body shop. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out nit was repaired in a very timely manner.
