Great service;Simms chevrolet
The 2015 new truck was found in a search at draper chev of Saginaw,mich..Before I drove away I noticed several problems with the truck.. The four wheel drive didn't work(bad connection),and onstar would not connect(on star module).I was given a loaner to drive until truck was repaired.This ordeal was made easier to deal with by the people at Simms Chevrolet.Special thanks to my salesman Justin Filkins,and service rep Butch.We buy a lot of vechicles and will be back...Victor Bulliner

great visit
I asked for a little help with the back seat so I could cover it with a seat cover. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. However since it didn't have any thing to do reason for my visit, I guess it couldn't be done.

Service
I had just had my vehicle cleaned inside and out before dropping it off to Simms for work and when we picked it up the drivers side floor was dirty with what looked like someone had gotten in with muddy feet. There was a paper on the floor covering the floor mat. However it was put overtop of the dirt on the floor. I did not appreciate this.
