DeLacy made it easy for me to purchase me new vehicle and drive away. They provided purchasing options so I could choose the best deal for me. It wasn't rushed and I felt like they cared about me.

Ford Escape

Repairs and service have always go well at this dealership. except for amount of time it takes. As long as we know what to expect that good. I had a recall and the letter stated it might take overnight, which would have been ok, but the dealer said it should be done later that day. When I didn't hear from dealership later in the day, I called and was told it was going to be till the next around noon. Like I mention that would have been fine. My husband and I could have gotten a few other things done instead of going home and waiting for a call.
