In and out Service

Stopped in to Basil because my tire pressure icon was on. The team noticed that I was due for an oul change and tire rotation. They had me in an out within an hour. Team was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great service!!

Frozen locks (again) on my F150. Basil Service Advisor Craig Muni got my truck in when another dealer couldn’t for at least ten days. Winter in Buffalo is cold so my truck needed to be fixed ASAP. Basil took care of that in one day!!

I was searching for a new truck and I found a few at

I was searching for a new truck and I found a few at Basil and was contacted by Tammy and she helped me find one that was in my budget range and that I liked. I was then contacted by Nick who then got me the price I wanted for my vehicle and the price I wanted for my new vehicle. It was very easy to speak to him and I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive until he surprised me with a phone call saying it was here. Then I met Mike who went over all the paperwork and that was easy. This place is now my go to for new vehicles.

Working with Joe was a great experience! He knows his suv and what the right fit for his customers. Joe is very pleasant to conduct business with.?All of his co-worker are very nice people. They go out of their way to help others customers that’s not there. Way to go Basil employees and get a great big shout out. Even the employees and service are very nice also and helpful. Everyone goes the extra mile, which is deeply appreciate it. It kind of make you feel like you are a part of their family. Even though you are just a customer.
