Each time I?ve brought my Buick Encore in to be serviced has been a very positive experience. From making the appointment to the completion of the work done I give an A+ every time!

Bad business

We ordered a 2023 gmc 2500 Denali with Erin Murphy put a deposit down on the vehicle. We received an email stating that the vehicle would be delivered to dealership on the week of the 12th Dec we got canceled appointments and the run around until first week of January. Went to dealership in person to find out what was going on and we where told that they can't find the truck.

Poor follow through and detailing

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Jim Murphy. The car had some minor concerns we wanted addressed. The interior needed to be clean. Carpets were coated with salt ! There was little concern and was not done when we picked up the vehicle. I got the feeling they didn’t care and were unwilling to work with us on a better price for the car. Made us feel like take it or leave it. Not my idea of great customer service.

not impressed

like the salesman jerry dias but he retired. service is poor, replaced pistons in encore at 28000 miles. not dealer fault but the engine acted up for 5 months. dealer said i had bad gas and wanted money to fix. finally reflashed computer and it runs and starts ,wow who thought. i have no confidence in vehicle and buick wont help me buy a new buick. never again.

simple light bub

I was driving back from Ohio a mint 1992 Oldsmobile 98 with 37000 miles.As i was traveling through the area my turn signal bulb went out. I suffer from a torn rotator cuff and was hoping it could be changed. Normally i would do it . The service manager could not be bother to help. I was not worth helping isnce i was not from the area. While not an emergency a bit dangerous driving in traffic with no right turn signal. Fortunately i got a bulb and did it myself, bulb came out easy sometimes they do not. Not impressed with the lack of help. I have bought numerous GM cars would never buy from here if i was in the area.
