Prep waned vehicle service

Motor in a power window went bad Ina recently purchased preponderance vehicle. GM worked with me on an acceptable price for the repair.

Oil change on Fusion.

No problem. Work was done very will. Done when promise. Wait time was a little long but the movie made time go by fast.

Great sales and service

I called on a Tuesday and was put in touch with Jonathan Levandusky, told him I was interested in a new body fusion. He said come on down. I stopped on a Wednesday and talked for a minute with Jonathan, we went out and looked at a few different cars, but I really liked the 2014 Black (with green fleck) Fusion, and even more so when I drove it! Frank went to work and secured the financing and brought he payment into our comfort zone. Jonathan met me at the dealership after work and after closing time on Thursday to finish the paperwork and take the car home. Great experience with Jonathan and Frank, thank you for all your help.

Outstanding support for our 2007 Escape Hybrid

I brought our 2007 Escape Hybrid in for service and spoke with Jeremy Christian about the high idle RPM and reduced gas mileage. After a brief waiting period Jeremy brought me out into the shop to speak with the service tech James Kacos. I was able to describe more fully what the symptoms were and James decided the most likely steps he would take to identify the problem. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of both these employees. I highly recommend Borgman Ford for your outstanding service support.

2013 Escape-Fordso best Escape yet to come!

When my wife and I were shopping for a small Suv we decided to go back to my Ford dealership where I worked for a few years. I've always preferred Fords since I've grown up with them in my childhood and they just became my choice of vehicle. After my wife drove a Chevy Equinox she wanted to give the Escape a chance. She immediately loved it and the color was perfect! The price was more than our budget but my dealer still gave me my employee discount! Dramatically dropping the price to our Budget! Thus we knew this was the right vehicle for us and would like to see Ford continue making great products at an affordable price!

no title

I think they mislaid my keys when the car was done. they were a 1/2 hour over the time, so I asked and they couldn't find keys. I told them I saw the car outside and it was done. they searched the desktops and found my keys.
