Shouldn't you populate this field?

The service from Bob Maxey is always excellent. I appreciated knowing in advance that there was a large amount of vehicles in from of me when I originally brought the car in for service. So, I brought it back in on a Friday. The car was ready that same day! My only concern is not that of service, but an issues with the MKC. That was the second time I had to bring my car in for an issue with the autofold on the mirrors. Is this issue systemic?

The guy who drove us home during the service was really nice and helpful

A Quality Dealership

This is becoming redundant, in an excellent way, but I have never had anything other than excellent service from Bob Maxey Lincoln. Everyone member of the team is very helpful and polite. Service on my car has always been completed on time, or, in many cases, before the promised time! In the past, I have always dreaded taking my Lincoln in for service; however, now I actually look forward to the continued excellent service my car receives!

Very customer service oriented

The actual body work done to the door and the replacement pin-striping is excellent work! However, they did install a used door and the USED plastic trim panel on the side is scratched up pretty bad. They apparently installed the used trim panel as well. They checked this when I picked up the car and immediately agreed that was not right. They have ordered a new panel for the car which has not yet been installed. I really am satisfied and will be more so when the new panel is installed. I also GREATLY appreciated your working to get the job done when Maxey had a loaner car available for my use. It was a very nice car and very convenient to have.

Happy Lincoln Driver

Mr. Alvin Taylor is the best car sales person I have ever met. He had a long standing relationship with my husband's family and now I consider myself part of that bunch. My father retired from General Motors (Cadillac) after 32 years of service. I was skeptical about Lincoln products. However, Mr. Taylor has been a pivotal part in me presently driving a Lincoln. I will always have a soft spot for the Cadillac but I am truly happy with my current MKX & Navigator L.

Professional and courteous used car team

Dan Kowalski was a great salesperson. Excellent service and communication. The car was in near perfect condition at a very fair price. The detailing team say Bob Maxey did a great job of preparing the car as well. It is like new.

Excellent experience

Your staff is very personable and helpful. Sean was the service writer this trip and was a very positive experience. The complimentary car wash, fluid top off, inspection etc were all much appreciated by this customer. This dealership has a premium feel to it and not all dealerships have that. Clean facilities, nice customer lounge. It's all good. Thank you.
