I would recommend getting a vehicle from Bob Maxey. Aaron Beach was so helpful and very patient and went above and beyond to help me get my Lincoln Avaitor. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my new car.

I have leased/purchased vehicles from Bob Maxey since

I have leased/purchased vehicles from Bob Maxey since 1980 and never had a bad experience until recently. In October 2024, I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair which is supposed to be certified. Certification means that the vehicle has been inspected and all needed repairs completed. In November, I returned to the dealership because the remote starter didn't work. A service member charged the battery to no avail. This vehicle is again at this dealership to be repaired. It sat for 4 days with no work performed. The following week, repairs have still not been performed. It's very disappointing to write this review, however, I believe that Certification should be true and actual. Today is March 6, 2025 and I was given a very nice loaner to drive while I wait for repair work to be performed. It's my hope that my next review will be totally positive.

Not honest when dealing with customers the last time I

Not honest when dealing with customers the last time I brought my car in for a oil change they told me that my brakes need to be done so I asked if how long I had before I need to be done he told me immediately so I didn't get them done so the next time I came back I asked them to check my brakes and pay special attention to him but I also had chose the works for my package they tried to charge me to look at my brakes but then after the service was done they said my brakes were okay they were fine but the last time they told me you need to be done so therefore they are not honest
