Car repairs-VW service
Came into Al Serra VW to have my 2013 Passat checked, due to clicking in the steering wheel, the airbag light going and staying on, and display freezing. I waited for 3 hours for them to inspect it, give it an oil change and unstall new wipers. They still have to order the parts and I still have to go back next week for another 3 hours. Other than the wait time, the staff seemed courteous and helpful. I hope this will fix the problem!

Dealership allow me to make a Saturday appointment for an oil change. This was a tremendous help since I had a limited amount of time and the change oil indicator was on.

Great buying experience!
Was able to get out of my leased car that I did not like no problem. I got a new/used truck. Payment was still a tad bit higher then I wanted but I drove away a lot happier with the truck then the car I leased back in September!

Super staff and Service
Super staff!!! They got me right in during my scheduled appointment and I had multiple items that needed addressing on top of my scheduled repair. I was given a loner car, thinking this would be several days work. To my surprise, I got a call that evening that my vehicle was all fixed and ready for pick up. My vehicle was given back clean and ready to go. Very happy customer!!!!! I will tell family and friends my awesome experience.
