We were broke down in keene n.h. and received prompt service for our repairs.We were given a fair price on repair,and very friendly service.It would seem like this dealership would be a great one to take our bussines to.All aspects of repairs were explained to us before any work was performed.

My family has chosen Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge for our cars since before I can remember. We have always worked with Al Shepa to buy our vehicles, and the most recent purchase was our 7th car. He always treats us right, is completely honest, and doesn't try to pull anything over on us. He works to get us what we need, and not simply to make a profit. The Keene Chrysler team is truly one of the best around, and the vehicles they sell are always top quality. If you're looking for a new car and are hesitant to trust just anyone, these are your guys. They are wonderful. You won't regret choosing Al Shepa and the Keene Chrysler team.

I would highly recommend this service dept. AND service...

I would highly recommend this service dept. AND service is a BIG part of purchasing your vehicle! I did not get exceptional service because I purchased my vehicle there because I did not. I just happened to be out of town when I made a purchase, but they have treated me with personalized service along the way. My husband JUST returned from a year long tour in Afghanistan --- I can say along the way I utilized the services offered here several times. Every time whether it was for tires, A/C issue, oil change, etc. --- they ONLY did what was necessary and offered info for something that would need upcoming attention to give me time to plan,they went out of their way to sign me up after all paperwork was completed for free oil changes and a discount and reran everything to save me 9.00 on one service towards the next. REALLY who does that!! I could've walked out not knowing about either. The MOST IMPORTANT service they offered was the day I was ready to leave Keene to pick my husband up in Burlington on DEC 14th 2010-- I locked my keys in my vehicle while it was running-NO clue where my spare was and was SO in the Homecoming mode I could not think straight anyway! I frantically called them and they gave me their protocol for cutting a key to unlock the door. It included the VIN, bringing down the info, waiting for them to cut the key. To make a long story short, right in the middle of being busy, they had this upset wife on the phone worried she would be late picking up her husband she had not seen in a year--they dropped what they were doing and coordinated someone to take vehicle info and VIN, someone started cutting the key, address was input and map was printed as they set up the delivery with one of their drivers, I was called back and reassured a driver was on his way!!! I looked out my window and the courtesy driver was there -- ALL HONESTLY within 1/2 hr! I have no idea how they did that in that time frame!!! So in addition to the superior service and personalized attention, information they provide and honest and dependable quotes while my husband was gone---- I want to -- let me change that to WE want to thank Mark and staff for being there for the past 15 mths and Truly going out of your way with quality work and a service dept that cares!! I really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff.Whenever I have a problem they are right there to fix it and pretty quick.I never have to wait long and always get in at a time I wanted. They are wonderful!I have heard other people complain about waiting so long for their vehicles at other dealerships and I say I never wait that long. I love it.

I felt that I was important. I also felt that my jeep was in good hands for the repair. Mark is an exceptional service personal. They have snacks in the waiting room if a customer needs a snack. They are good. They keep you inform when the mechanic finds something.

I have had service at this dealer off and on for years. My first sales experience was in 2009 when I custom ordered a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. I had found them to be easy to work with. They didn't pull the high pressure garbage that is all too common at a car dealer. I price shopped the area and found no deals that were better than they were willing to offer me. What I did find at competing dealers were bad attitudes. I always am upfront that I AM BUYING this vehicle so that I don't have to be sold on the vehicle. I like numbers. Keene Chrysler was able to see this and get to business. I have had excellent luck Ram 1500 and other vehicles in my small fleet, so I've yet to have a serious break down, but I have had two flat tires recently. Keene Chrysler was able to fit me right in both times. They were also very competitive with tire pricing have been great about working into my schedule. I would recommend this dealer wholeheartedly.

Brian continued to go back to his manager and ask for...

Brian continued to go back to his manager and ask for more concessions even when the request was a little unusual such as putting the car on my credit card so I could earn mileage points. We were able to negotiate a price below the original asking price even though the car had many extras. I spent over 2hrs driving the car, checking out the car, asking Brian questions about the servicing of the 300, and the time seemed to fly by. I even drove over 75 miles each way from MA to NH to look at and will drive the trip again to trade in my car and purchase the used car. The drive was well worth my time because of the service I received and the friendly nature of Brian and his manager Mike. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brian and Keene Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge to my friends and others that are looking for a new or used car.

I've been to this dealer twice for routine service on my Sebring GTC (purchased elsewhere). One of the reasons I selected them is because it is only two blocks from my work and I can drop it off early. Both my experiences have been mostly positive... their service writer is very friendly and seems competent. The only "negative" is that when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I mentioned hearing an annoying noise coming from front left part of the car. When I picked it up (they called me and had the work finished by noon - that's a good thing!), I asked about the charge of $56 on the itemized bill. I was told that repesented the labor involved in fixing the noise - turned out to be a loose clip on one of the brake pads - no parts involved. What gripe me is they felt they HAD to charge for this... even though they had the wheels off already. To me, it would have been a good opportunity to make me feel great about the experience. Just do it for free... didn't cost them anything! I suppose I'll continue to take it there until something gets screwed up and they'll deny any responsibility... from my experience - a foregone conclusion.
