Katicia is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Katicia is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is friendly and truly cares about her customer and their needs and obviously believes in her product. Her social media presence is helpful and fun and she goes the extra mile to make the customer feel special, important and appreciated not just while showing a vehicle but also after the purchase as well with fun little gifts, photos and thank you notes. I couldn’t recommend Katicia more highly to my friends and family looking for a vehicle!

Terrible experience at Mercedes Benz Buffalo NY.

Terrible experience at Mercedes Benz Buffalo NY. Upon dropping off my car for service, the staff were incredibly miserable, unfriendly, and showing little regard for customer satisfaction. It felt like an inconvenience to them and I’m a bother to them to even acknowledge my presence. However, upon picking up my car and expressing my dissatisfaction to the sales representative, suddenly their demeanor changed. It's clear they only prioritize being pleasant when forced to confront their poor service. Avoid this dealership if you value genuine customer care. While my overall experience at Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo was unsatisfactory, I must commend my sales representative, Richard and the guy who gave me my loaner car for consistently going above and beyond. Their exceptional service stood out amidst an otherwise average dealership experience. However, the dealership Service Department could improve in terms of efficiency, friendliness, and customer service.

Recently moved back to the area after moving to Chicago

Recently moved back to the area after moving to Chicago in 1984. Purchased my first Mercedes GLC43 SUV three years ago. Wanted to try a larger SUV and selected the GLE 450. My sales person, Richard Ode proved to be very knowledgeable of the Mercedes product line and assisted me in my choice. Will receive my vehicle on April 3rd. Looking forward to my next Mercedes experience.

After a few German brands hiatus I was not sure how

After a few German brands hiatus I was not sure how Mercedes Benz would stack up. I was apprehensive however Dillon, Greg and Gabriel are all top notch. I am happy with my Mercedes and the Mercedes service. Thanks fellas!
