They had my truck for three days to complete warranty work and I finally received a call from the cashier folks in service that my vehicle was ready but they couldn’t speak to all that was done. Would have been nice to have the service advisor call me when the work was completed. FYI they only have one mechanic that can complete technical engineer work. So it took weeks to actually get the work completed.

Easy to work with, accommodating, not high-pressure. Shane is great and has always been responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We have purchased several vehicles at this dealership through the years and keep returning. Also have all service work done here. We did not work with Tyler so I did not rate him.

No one was pushy, answered my questions and concerns about the vehicle I was looking at. Delivery was really quick once I sat down in his office. Thanks

I felt the staff very nice but short handed. I was never shown the features of vehicle and learning as I go now. Frustrating.. The vehicle was not detailed as well as someone would expect spending so much money on a vehicle. Waiting an hour after finalizing the deal for financing was also frustrating(even though already pre-approved).The process took 3.5 hours which made it too long and I just wanted to get going.

Aaron was a great salesman but it seemed like the dealership was flooded with customers and his attention had to be divided. It took a long time to finalize the deal and it got late so I didn't have much time to go through the technical workings of the Buick. .
