Levi and Emily were very helpful and understanding when it came to figuring out what the humming noise from my vehicle was. The service techs took the time to figure it out and replace the bearings. The service department has always been friendly and helpful.

They had my truck for three days to complete warranty work and I finally received a call from the cashier folks in service that my vehicle was ready but they couldn’t speak to all that was done. Would have been nice to have the service advisor call me when the work was completed. FYI they only have one mechanic that can complete technical engineer work. So it took weeks to actually get the work completed.

I want to give a HUGE Thank you to Symdons of Mount Horeb. I was on the hwy close to their shop about 2:25pm when I heard a 'sssshhhhthumpthump' I stopped and found a 'nail' in the back tire. I called Symdons and was told to bring it right over. I was on my way to take my dog to the vet, so I told the lady that on the phone. She said that I could still make the 3:00 vet appointment. I was able to pull right in, someone took the vehicle and after a bit of a struggle, took an 8" rod out of the tire that was buried right down into the tire! He tried plugging it but it didn't hold. The lady who helped me came over and handed me a set of keys to one of their cars so that I could still take my dog to her appointment. When we got back and they were still trying to plug it from the inside. The rod also took out the tire sensor, so they replaced that too. While we were waiting, another lady got my dog a bowl for water and treats. What a wonderful experience and they didn't charge me much for all of their hard work! I truly appreciate them more than they will ever know AND they made me feel very welcomed. Thank you so much.

Easy to work with, accommodating, not high-pressure. Shane is great and has always been responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We have purchased several vehicles at this dealership through the years and keep returning. Also have all service work done here. We did not work with Tyler so I did not rate him.
