Purchasing and Repairs
From the initial greeting when I contacted them about a car I was thinking about purchasing through the actual purchase they were courteous, friendly, accommodating to any information request I had and by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. After the purchase a needed repair was discovered and they backed up their sale with the needed repair in an expedient and gracious manner. I would recommend Symdon Motors to anyone looking for an outstanding and customer focused vehicle purchase experience.

Doesn’t honor CPO warranty
Make sure you check your certification paperwork and see who performed the inspection as they skip a lot of the steps. Dealer won’t honor their work as I have a bad brake pad worn down to the metal with only 2k miles on it since buying from them.

Sub-par CPO inspection
Horrible certified pre-owned inspection and won't honor their sub-par inspection that was performed. I have brakes that are worn to the metal and a blown hub bearing.

Thanks for reaching out to us. All of our pre-owned vehicles, whether they are GM certified or not, go through a 172-point inspection, and when we sell a used vehicle, if the brake pads don't have at least half of their life left, we replace them. I'm sorry that single pad wore so quickly on your SUV. Unfortunately, sometimes those wear-and-tear parts need to be replaced more frequently than we would like. We appreciate the feedback, sir, and we wish you well.

Pictures online displayed step assist accessories. Truck did not have them in person. Unwilling to reduce price by the cost of new ones despite the fact that I was willing to pay listed price otherwise. Sales manager is impolite. Typical used car salesman language like “unfortunately we just don’t have any room on this deal. And “we are really selling this to you as a courtesy”. Cannot emphasize enough that interacting with the sales manager is like having your finger nails pulled out. Walks away mid conversation, generally just rude. Apparently selling vehicles is a secondary business objective, they have lots of much more important things to do unless you pay the “internet price”. This is also is a bit entertaining since they pretend like no other factual information exists on the internet. This is in addition to buying another new vehicle in the spring, they were willing to forgo that sale over $800 missing accessories from the truck displayed online with the “internet price”. Beware, the “internet price” may not match the “internet vehicle” when you are in person.Go anywhere else or ride a bike If this is the last place in the world to buy a car.

We believed we were going above and beyond by bringing this truck in from a different Chevrolet dealership at your request, since our location was more convenient for you. The ownership and management of these two dealerships is completely separate, and at the internet price from the other dealership, which we were willing to honor for you, we would not have made a dime on it. We simply wanted to take care of our customer and do business the way you wanted, in the location you prefer.
