I have a very pleasant experience while purchasing a used

I have a very pleasant experience while purchasing a used vehicle at Symdon Motors from Aaron Boczkiewicz. From the test drive to the negotiations the process was smooth and fast. Dealing with Shane in finance was just as easy, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Once my check cleared they sent me the title about a week later. I would highly recommend buying a car from Symdon Motors.

I've had to travel a bit of a distance to reach Symdon's

I've had to travel a bit of a distance to reach Symdon's service department, but it's absolutely worth it. The team there is fantastic, providing excellent service at fair prices.

Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb The people at Symdon

Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb The people at Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb are very professional and friendly. No pressure in test driving or purchasing a new or used car. Throughout the process of purchasing a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse Premier, I did encounter a couple of operational practices that I take issue. 1. I was searching for a new Traverse, as I had a 2019 Traverse High Country I was trading in. I ran across the 2023 Traverse I ended up purchasing as it was advertised as having 16183 miles. Upon test driving the car it had close to 20000 miles. I asked the sales manager about the difference in advertised mileage and the actual mileage. He informed me that the car was driven by employees frequently. Was told that was normal for employees to regularly use cars until they are sold and that was why the difference in advertised mileage and actual mileage. He shrugged it off as no big deal. The main reason I bought the car was it was the one I wanted. If I didn't want it so much I would have walked away from the purchase. 2. So I bought the car thinking it had recently had the famous 21 Point Inspection. Upon taking possession of the car, I noticed the rear brakes were squealing. I took the car to my local Chevrolet Dealership Service Department in Rockford Illinois, upon their inspection, it was discovered, that the rear brakes needed a complete replacement. The car had almost 20000 miles on it, yet needed a complete rear brake job which would have been revealed if the 21 Point Inspection was completed, as it appeared it was just signed off without being properly completed. Seriously, I felt I was lied too. After being deceived, Symdon Chevrolet, did replace the brakes at their cost. Overall I cannot recommend Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb at this time. Bill S

As much as I dislike buying vehicles, Aaron and Symdon

As much as I dislike buying vehicles, Aaron and Symdon made it all easy. There was no pressure in either the purchase or the delivery. Thanks again.

No time at all showing the vehicle.

No time at all showing the vehicle. Found out the entire hood had fine long scratches in it after buying it when they didn’t even take it through a car wash due to the gm driving it. No disclosure about the vehicle even though it had 2,000 more miles on it the listed on their website. Would recommend buying from somewhere else.

Easy to work with - no pressure.

Easy to work with - no pressure. Very professional. They gave me more than I expected for trade in value on my old car. (According to Kelly Bluebook) And also gave me time to think over my options. Shout out to Robert and Shane, as well as everyone else who helped with the process! I appreciate it!
