Excellent service and extremely fast. I had my truck in for an oil change and out in less than 30 minutes.

I was not satisfied with my last oil change tire rotation. They didn’t rotate the tires, but I still got charged for a tire rotation. Also I have been trying to set up an appointment to get my car which is under the three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty (that I bought new from Syndom) for a slight wobble when I takeoff from a stop sign. They keep giving me the runaround and not scheduling it when it’s convenient for me stating that their transmission guy can only do it before 8 o’clock in the morning. Unless they get with me and talk to me about my concerns I will likely go somewhere else and never recommend anybody go there. Very very unsatisfied. All I want is to schedule an appointment to get the wobble looked at during a time that is convenient for me, the customer. I felt completely ignored. Shuffled in and shuffled out.

The sales person was very courteous and helpful with my questions and concerns. He didn't make me feel like I was under any pressure to make up my mind right then. He was so helpful to explain how things worked on the new vehicle.
