Symdon Chevrolet was remarkable to work with, I would have to say, they as good as it gets! Outstanding and timely with their communication, and I really felt like they were working hard to get what was best for me. I felt like my time was valued, it was a smooth process. In the midst of COVID-19, they were willing to provide a lot of information, and complete almost the entire purchasing process via distance communication. Not once did they reply trying to get me to come to the dealership, rather they just wanted to help me out. I give Dan, Shane, and Mike the highest recommendation that I can. They are good people who listen to your needs and work for, and with you to make things happen!

My family always uses Symdon Service Dept for all our vehicle needs. We will continue to visit Symdon for all our vehicle needs & for purchasing new vehicles as long as we continue to see Cindy, Jack, & Steve in the service area!

Aaron over at Symdon motors did a fantastic job with the entire process of buying my car. Even during the pandemic he went out of his way to help me get multiple test drives over multiple days, was knowledgeable about the cars in question, and was very personable.

We saw a vehicle online and because we live almost two hours away, we called to verify that it was still in stock. Immediately upon speaking with Aaron we were very impressed. He personally walked to the lot to make sure it was still there. We have gone to other dealerships in the past only to have them attempt to sell us a car that we didn't want after their online inventory was incorrect. Everything from sales to financing was smooth and pleasant. Even the other employees, that weren't directly helping us, aided in making our experience a great one. They were kind and conversational during the brief times we had to wait through the purchasing process. We left with a beautiful vehicle (freshly washed, with a full tank of gas) and big smiles on our faces. We will definitely look to Symdon for our next vehicle. The drive will be well worth it.

Met Aaron via on line chat Was so impressed with his knowledge of GM trucks that as conversations went further Aaron found and in stock truck to exceed my needs and worked with me to bring us to a deal that worked for both of us. I have a lot of respect for Symdon and their reputation in Wisconsin is second to none. When working the finance end of the deal with Shane our experience was awesome as well. Shane took his time and explained everything to us and made sure that everything was understood and agreed to and didn't rush the process. I would be eager to work with SYMDON again in the future.

We had looked at cars on the Symdon website and knew which car we wanted when we first visited. the purchase was straightforward with no surprises. Both Aaron Boczkiewcz and Shane Jenkins were polite and helpful.

I found a couple cars on their website that I wanted to test drive, and came in on a Saturday to drive both. Settled on liking one car over the other and were given some numbers, but wanted to think on it a little bit. Aaron called later in the week to follow up but wasn't pushy at all. When I mentioned I was going to try to private-sell my current car to get more money than their original trade-in estimate, they immediately upped it to the private sale price I was seeking. Made it a no brainer to go ahead with the trade-in. Aaron and Shane were very easy to work with, and within an hour of coming in to sign the papers the car was mine. Can't think of how the process could have been any easier.

Easiest vehicle buying experience I have been had. Received exactly what I wanted without any high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership.
