I have had purchases in the past from other dealers that made me never want to do any business with a dealers again. They were pushy, had to be in control, gave me false information. Just made me feel like a paycheck. Now I have been doing business with symdons for the past 4 years. The employees are always welcoming, fun to talk to. And will give you your honest opinion. Recently I bought a used car from them ( gto) and they made the experience absolutely fulfilling and effortless. They explained everything throughly. The paper work was all ready to go and the didn't push. They let me take my time and read over the contracts and answered any questions I had. They also gave the car a really good look over. From the salesman, to the mechanics to the parts counter. There is no other place I would do business with.. oh did I also mention I am a mechanic? That means I am a very picky person. Five starts? I give them 10

Well, my appointment was at 7am, but in my calendar for 7:30am on a Monday. They were still generous to get my stepson's car in quickly for his first complimentary oil change! Thank you!!

If you do have accident or run in with a deer, Symdon is the place to go. Their collusion group is very well organized, friendly and completes the work in the time they estimate. They have fixed our Subaru Outback and it looked like new after they were done. If you happen to be a State Farm customer they are on the approved list which makes payment and paperwork simple. You just pay your deductible at the end. My husband and I recommend ...not that we want to see them again anytime soon!

Cost was less then quoted, they found a way to save me a little money in labor. Friendly. They provided a loner car over the weekend for my convenience.
