I am 62 years old and have purchased many new vehicles in my life. I don’t usually submit reviews but these guys deserve much praise. I live about 85 miles from Foss, so Josh and I discussed prices and trade value before my visit. For the first time in my life, everything the salesman told me was spot-on! There was no bickering, no hidden charges, no typical tricks here. The icing on the cake is that the finance guy that you sit with after the sale was equally as great. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, and offered a great price on what I wanted in the form of an extended warranty. Of course, they took the time to detail this high-end Ram 1500 Limited, filled the 33 gallon tank with gas, and added the state inspection sticker! THIS EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! Thanks guys!

Facility is nice enough, needs more speakers, on one side of the room the music is background on the other its a dance party. Takes too long for sales to find a finance guy and a service guy and so on and so on. Same as other dealers, figure some one would figure out the logistics by now. Feel like I got a fair deal on my purchase. Wife is happy, that’s what matters.

My Sales rep Katie Haughton was excellent, high energy fun to talk to and was quick not only to get the questions I had answered; she was eager to learn some little known tech stuff that I knew from previous Jeeps ( ie how to make the rear 12v outlet hot instead of keyed) . As for Tim Foss; I would have to refer him as "Family". In my generation that stands for something. Respectfully, Mark Thom
