Had oil change and tires rotated.
Had oil change and tires rotated. Paid $73 and went to my car,tires were NOT rotated,went back in and made them rotate tires.They were going to charge me and not rotate the tires, maybe they didn't change the oil also. Last time in for service changed air filter and said I had a broken vacuume line, argued and said they broke it because you have to disconnet it first before changing air filter. Chould not prove they broke it and paid $100 to have it fixed! WILL NOT BE BACK. Have bought 5 cars from graff but no more!

Repair was completed, however problem resurfaced.
Repair was completed, however problem resurfaced. Contacted dealer again and they are working with me to resolve this issue. Great service area and technicians to work with. Scott has been super to deal with and goes above and beyond to rectify the issue.

Service dept didn’t have record of my car being there two
Service dept didn’t have record of my car being there two months ago. ( Felt like I was being put off because of lack of loaner vehicles) For the second time they put dye in my oil to examine in a couple of weeks. This was already done two months ago with diagnosis of a hole in my oil pan. Had to start all over again instead of getting this problem resolved. I’m disappointed and inconvenienced. Still no clue if I will have a loaner car available when I call again about the oil leak next week.
