Best sales person around
We have been dealing with Keith Kelly for years, going back to 1970's. I think we have tried most every car,in the Ford line .We just purchased our 4th Ford Flex. We love this car , for comfort and storage area. We travel a lot going up north and Florida.. Perfect for us.. Can't say enough good things about our experiences with this car. Also, Keith has been a great salesperson and good friend throughout our years of dealing with him. Always honest and fair.

We went to two dealerships before Pat Milliken and both dealerships did not listen to what we were looking for. Frank asked what we wanted and met our needs.He found a vehicle locally and delivered sooner than we expected. It was a very good experience and my wife loves the car.

Best ever!
My mother in law is so happy thanks to Scott who made it happen. Drove all the way here in saint clair shores just to let my mother inlaw have a test drive for the car she wanted to buy.. My mom love the car and the next day mom bought the car and guess what specially delivery at my mom's residence. Thank you Scott . You made her very happy.

Fast and friendly new car buying
Dealing with Don Kalie and Milliken Ford has been a pleasure for everyone one my vehicle purchases. All of my family deals here with Milliken and Don. Don's goal is customer service and getting you the Ford car/Truck you want at the price you are looking for. My current vehicle a Lightning Blue 2017 Fusion Sport was found by Don in Grand Rapids. I love it and it might have been extra work to find it but he did. Thanks for making my purchase experience a breeze.

I do not recommend Milliken collision center.
I leased my fusion from Pat Milliken Last February with a few hiccups but got a great deal on my lease....my review is specifically of the Collision Center: My car was recently stolen end of July and was found a day later with quite a bit of damage (stolen for the wheels/tires, did about $9700 worth of damage). After looking at reviews online and calling a few places I decided to take it to Pat Milliken collision shop thinking they would take care of me. Especially since I leased my first new car from there this year. After 31 days of having my car and my insurance cutting them a check for almost TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, you think they would have had time to run it through a car wash, or at least vacuum out all the glass from the theft? Think again!! I just picked it up on Friday August the 26th expecting it to look brand new and clean since they had it for 4 weeks but was let down. When I went to pick up car up the collision manager was walking me to my car and states "just so you know, we don't detail or clean cars, we are only obligated to fix the cars". After getting the keys and leaving for an already planned vacation that day I find there are still pretty large broken SHARDS OF GLASS on both of the floor mats, and small pieces on the seat... that and they didn't even take the car through a car wash! I gave 2/5 stars because at least the car drives like new and from afar looks new again, I guess. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Milliken to any family or friends. I don't even feel comfortable taking my car in for an oil change at this point. If they think it's OK to leave large shards of glass in a customer’s what else will they skip?? I moved to Redford two years ago and wanted to support a local business but I am starting to regret giving them any of my business, and will not recommend this dealership to any friends or family.

New Car Purchase
I took my 2014 Ford Explorer to Pat Miliken Ford for an oil change and spoke with Shauntice Richmond about an extended warranty. Shauntice listens to the customer! To my surprise she diligently worked out a deal that allowed me to drive home in a 2017 Explorer for a few hundred dollars more than it would have cost to purchase an extended warranty.. Shauntice made the sales experience enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car!
