Very fast and efficient, excellent service and covered all details. I have never spent only 2hours in a dealership from start to finish including signing all paperwork. Great salesman up front with all options and don't lead you on or talk you into anything.

Poor follow through on communication
Tried to set up an appointment to test drive a used car. Told the salesman what day I'd be there to test drive it, and he said he'd call me back to set it up. After not hearing anything back from him, I emailed back, and they sold the car out from underneath me. Horrible customer service. You're better off going to a small town dealer where they actually care about the customers, not just selling cars.

Nick Alexander & Steve Brock in the Body Shop were excellent. Nick was very helpful, knowledge and patient throughout this process. Steve and Nick were very personable and professional. Dwayne from Service made sure that I was taken care quickly when I initially dropped off my car. I would only trust Randy Wise with repairing my car. And of course Michael Banks sold me the car only two weeks ago. Michael Banks is best sales person, he really gives his customers a personal touch everytime he works with you. This team is the best.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle to replace our old Lumina. We started our shopping online and found Randy Wise to have some vehicles in our price range. We started there as they were right down the road from us. The buying experience was pleasant/friendly. While our salesman wasn't extremely talkative while we were considering the vehicles, he was friendly and put no pressure on you at all. We started with our credit union for the loan but were denied. I contacted Tim and asked what they could do for us as far as financing, and within two hours he got back with me and had us approved with a good rate. We ended up purchasing a certified used Impala and the price was very competitive for the same model cars in the area with similar mileage. All in all it was a pleasant buying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to start there again when we're in the market for another vehicle. -Josh

I was treated with respect and all the people I dwelt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the transaction. The service department helped with providing the installation of a spare tire kit that did not come with the original vehicle. I recommend giving Randy Wise Chevrolet and in particular, Tim Johnson the opportunity to help you with either a new or used car purchase. The vehicle I purchased is a 2010 Buick Enclave as a certified GM vehicle. With the included extended warranty it's as good as a new car deal.

I purchased a used vehicle in January of 2012, I was pressured by Kim Gatz into purchasing the "platinum" extended warrenty. So I did, and a few months later, I received a letter from the warrenty company stating that my vehicle did not qualify for the platinum coverage and was dropped to the silver package. I tried to contact Kim Gatz several times and left several voicemails and I never got a response. I even contacted the used cars manager and told him my situation and he said "he will look into it"....yeah, no call back from him either. I would not recommend this dealership because If you end up having a problem, the employees there don't know how to deal with it. Its funny that everyone is so nice to you and as soon as they get your money they forget who you are.

HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND WHEN HE WENT TO RANDY WISE, I SENT MY BROTHER JIM THERE TO ALSO GET A GOOD DEAL AND GOOD SERVICE THROUGH MARK AND RANDY WISE.
